Use
•A small amount is enough for a full application. Velvet matte gives you high performance color with every pass.
•Give the Velvet matte some time to stabilize. Our formula was designed to be more hydrating than the typical liquid matte lip.
•Start by spreading the product from the center to the edges of your lips.
• Use the tip of the applicator to blend. (For a smoother application, exfoliate your lips & moisturize them before use)
